SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use USPS to ship all orders within the United States.

Average delivery time: 3 – 8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

Free Shipping on all orders of $69.90 or more (after discounts, before tax).

For orders under $69.90, a flat shipping rate of $8.99 applies.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Pennsylvania (PA), USA.
5. Order Cancellation & Changes

You may cancel or modify your order before it is shipped (within the processing time). Please contact us immediately at shop@5afire.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the product, please follow our return procedure below.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 General Return Policy

We accept returns on faulty or defective products only. Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@5afire.com with your order number and reason for return.
6.2 Faulty / Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or becomes faulty within a reasonable period, please provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We will verify and then offer you either:

Full refund (to original payment method), or

Free replacement (shipped at no extra cost).

6.3 Return Shipping

For faulty products covered under 6.2, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For other returns (if any exception is granted), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
6.4 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

After we issue the refund, it may take up to 15 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We have no control over this timeframe.
6.5 Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
6.6 Return Address

For return instructions, please contact us at shop@5afire.com. We will provide the return address via email. (Our warehouse address is not publicly listed for operational reasons.)
7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact USPS first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, but we will assist you with filing a claim.
8. Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via shop@5afire.com to offer a replacement, partial refund, or order cancellation.
