RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product has already been shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at shop@5afire.com.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on faulty or defective products only. Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or other non-defective reasons.

To be eligible for a return of a faulty product:

  • You must contact us within 14 days after receiving the product.

  • Provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.

  • We will verify the issue and then offer you either a full refund or a free replacement.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the return address will be provided via email. (Our warehouse address is not publicly listed for operational reasons.)

Shipping costs for returns:

  • For verified faulty products, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

  • Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes original shipping; no additional shipping fee for the return if the product is faulty).

  • No restocking fee will be charged for the return of a product.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned faulty product, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note: After we issue the refund, it may take up to 15 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We have no control over this timeframe.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@5afire.com.


Return Address

To request a return and obtain the return address, please contact our Customer Service at shop@5afire.com. We will provide the return address via email. Do not send any returns without first receiving instructions from us.
